At The Hanger, Students’ Union UCL, we want you to love your fashion finds, but we offer a 28-day return policy for any items that aren't quite right. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is within the 28-day return window and remains in its original condition with all Union branding and price tags intact.

• 2.
  Visit The Hanger

  Bring your item along with your digital or physical proof of purchase to our physical store location at 25 Gordon Street during regular operating hours.

• 3.
  Submit for Inspection

  Present your return to a member of our staff who will perform a quick quality check to confirm the item is unworn and free of damage.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method or assist you in selecting a different size or style for an immediate exchange.
