Where can I collect my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders can be picked up from The Hanger store located at 25 Gordon Street. Please wait for your 'Ready for Collection' email before heading over.
What is your return policy for UCL branded merchandise?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, face masks and earrings cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our UCL hoodies, tees, and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our garments generally follow standard UK unisex sizing, but we recommend measuring a favorite hoodie at home to compare dimensions.
Are the products ethically sourced?
Sustainability is important to us. Many of our items are Fair Wear Foundation certified and made from organic cotton or recycled polyester to ensure ethical production standards.
Can I pay with my student ID card?
Currently, we accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not support direct payment via student ID credit at this time.
